All applicants will start their role out as a (CCT) Carpet Cleaning Technician. After six-months of training, the technician is able to test to become a Third class technician. After One- year of Service, the (CCT) Carpet Cleaning Technician is able to test to become a Second class technician. After two -years of service, the (CCT) Carpet Cleaning Technician, is able to test to become a First class technician/(CCM)Carpet Cleaning Manager.  Three-years of service all employees are entitled to our organizational franchise/ownership opportunities, and after five-years of service all (CCM) Carpet Cleaning Managers are entitled to a company partnership.  
 
Mandatory Requirements:
 
Candidates need to have: 
 
High School Diploma or GED Preferred
Must be 18 or Older
Submit to a Drug Screen and Background Check
License Helpful, but not necessary
Must attend twenty hours technical training, and on the job training 
 
Customer Service, experience required. Experience in Cleaning Industry Preferred, but will train.  
 
Ability to project a professional appearance. Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage in verbal interactions with customers.
Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
 
Must be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management due to operational needs.
 
Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays,Weekends, and overtime as required.     
 
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift (5-10) pounds
